We cut brackets from a sheet product call Extria, a water resistant Medium Density Fiberboard. Information on that product can be found at http://www.extira.com/pdf/Extira_4page_Brochure.pdf. We can reproduce most bracket shapes and sizes from a couple of pictures and three measurements.
